Do you get support/training?
Yes, walkthrough the process and training calls and full process and scripts. You start by calling the parent and toddler groups that can have free listings so can get into the swing of the role then move on to paying advertisers once you are happy.

Are there any downsides to the role?
Occasionaly you call someone who doesn't really understand the power of the Internet and how useful the website is which can be frustrating. But this is no hard sell so you just move on to the next call!
