Candidate would be expected to oversee advertising schedule, formulate press releases, generate new trade contacts within the industry, handle press enquiries and generally promote the Plantation Shutters brand.

Good typing speed and confident telephone manner essential. Knowledge of Word, Excel, Powerpoint & Photoshop packages. Experience of Dreamweaver program a bonus, but not essential.

Salary: Negotiable - dependent on experience

Hours: Flexible working hours to be agreed with candidate, ideally to work approx. 30 hours per week, spread over Monday-Friday

We are looking to recruit a Part-Time Receptionist to work within our Maddox Street (Oxford Street) clinic.

Duties: To provide high quality reception and administrative services to ensure patients and visitors are welcomed on arrival at the clinic, telephone enquiries are handled courteously and the clinic runs efficiently.

Candidate Skills required: Customer service experience, the ability to create a warm, friendly welcome and communicate on the telephone is essential for this key role. You will also need to be organised and posses good administrative and IT skills. Retail sales experience an advantage.

Hours: 4-8pm Monday to Friday

Candidate Skills required: We are looking for qualified beauty therapists with a minimum NVQ level 2 qualification or equivalent. Previous experience in laser treatments and other advanced beauty treatments is an advantage however consideration will be taken for candidates that are currently working towards their Level 2 or 3 (or equivalent) as full training is available to candidates who demonstrate an aptitude and enthusiasm for the role. You will also need to be organised and posses good administrative and IT skills. Retail sales experience an advantage.

Hours: Part-Time - Flexible, there are also Full-Time positions available 42.5 hours per week.

Swiss entry

  • Checking bank accounts daily and all related accounts bookings
  • Monthly bank reconciliations
  • Assisting with checks on financing levels and confirmations with banks

  • Checking broker accounts daily and all related accounts bookings (inc. payments as required)
  • Monthly broker reconciliations
  • Inter-company recharging and balance reconciliations
  • Monthly P&L accounts by deal (inc. valuations of inventory held, MTM calculations on price finalisations & accruals for related unpaid cost)
  • Monthly & annual sales analysis
  • Assistance with year-end procedures and audits
